Avoid very complex descriptions in protocol parameters #4

Hi, I'd suggest to avoid "parameters" like "solvent A = water, 0.2% acetic acid; solvent B =acetonitrile, 0.2% acetic acid" and "ramping from 90 % solvent A, 10 % solvent B to 100% solvant B in 30 min;100% solvent B, isocratic for 10 min" in the assay files, and have that in the protocol instead. intentionally done to test whether:

  1. information about mobile phases and elution programs was needed i.e. a CIMR requirement
  2. should 1 be true, is more structure needed for reporting those.
