scanType missing from header() #9

Hi,

scanType is part of ramp.cpp, and encodes e.g. "Full scan", and the Thermo Orbitrap FilterLine stuff.

it seems that it is not enabled in RcppRamp.cpp, and I couldn't easily enable it, g++ will spit some error messages.
