siphone not showing configuration panel in Iphone settings #459

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  go to iphone Settings
2. click on Siphon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wanted to see configuration for siphone .   I did not see anything just gray 
page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Iphone 3g with 4.1 update

Please provide any additional information below.
