Is anyone monitoring this SNews1.8 github site?? If so #2

If so I have several SNews1.7 sites that have run for years trouble free. One site I update daily so it has thousands of pages and I haven't had a problem. For my new website I was going to use SNews1.8bootstrap. However, I am finding a problem between the admin 'backend' (admin.php) of the site and the normal viewing 'frontend' (index.php) of the site. I think it might be an easy fix... maybe even in the .htaccess file. Anyway, I can create a page or article in the admin/backend, but neither will display immediately. I get the error below. I have to go to another computer that is pointing to the same url to view ALL the pages, articles and categories.

The urls seem right | http://domainname.com/snews1.8b/category01/article-01/ | http://domainname.com/snews1.8b/page-01/ , but get the error above.

I love how simple SNews is, I use it every day, i.e. http://occupybanksters.com with thousands of pages. It has never let me down. I hate to see it go the way of the Dinosaurs. I'm excited about my new site which is to do with Raspberry Pi (4 & 400), kids/students, teachers/classrooms, schools, AI, robotcs and beyond. kids TODAY have to take advantage of all the free software/tools and affordable computers (SBC - Single Board Computers @ $35.00) and myriad of hobby/project oriented websites at their dispoal.
