[Issue]: Check the possibility of adding this plugin to JMeter Plugin Manager

What happened?

As requested per Redline13: https://www.redline13.com/ we must check if it is interesting to add the plugin into JMeter Plugin Manager.

Tasks:

• [x] Check what needs to be done in order to add the plugin into the JMeter Plugin Manager.
• [x] Analyse if it´s scalable and something worth to maintain.
• [x] Check if it´s possible to update automatically in JMeterPlugin Manager

After all these checks are done, discuss if we want to do this for KloadGen.
