In a case with two segment joining regions IGHV * IGHD * IGHJ the second segment joining graph was broken. It looked like there was an extra element in the flex layout that made it so that every other graph section was printed the wrong way around (vertically).
Interestingly this was not related to it being the second graph but rather to starting the graph below zero (Y axis range -2 to -56). So now the graphs always starts at 0 or includes zero in its range.
