[ ] Spectra peaks table does not sort, because it is so big (even when the background peaks are hidden)
[x] Try to prevent page breaks inside the spectrum
[x] Highlighting (+ annotations) in reads alignment is misaligned, possibly related to gaps?
[ ] 0 length insertions happen a lot, they gives spikes in the DOC, and are shown in the consensus overview
[ ] Annotation of CDR3 end conserved regions is overwritten by CDR3 in some cases

Now that the insertions are fixed, the 0 insertions seem to be just broken insertions from before. The same DOC spikes occur, but they actually are what you would want them to be. Although thinking about a different way of portraying them could be nice.

The big table I am afraid I wont be able to solve without a major overhaul of the JS sorting logic.

And the annotation issue will be tracked in #194.
