Public channels don't show any occupants #115

Describe the bug When the user does not have access to the MUC affiliation lists, an empty list is shown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a public channel that you don't own
  2. Tap the members icon
  3. Observe an empty list

Additional context This was likely caused by the fix for #87.
