Describe your feature proposal Some of the icons and images used in the app are not as crisp as they should be on devices with larger/high-res screens.

Current known problem images:

[ ] Generic avatar shown during a call
[ ] Speech bubble on the 'Snikket' button in CallKit UI
[ ] Dialpad icon in Snikket call UI
