Enhance scrolling UI/UX #133

Describe your feature proposal For consistency with other iOS messaging apps, we should adjust the scrolling behaviour in Snikket.

  1. Tapping the status bar should scroll up (currently it scrolls to the bottom)
  2. When the scroll position is not at the bottom, show a floating arrow indicator to scroll down to the bottom
