Popover menu incorrect colours in dark mode

Describe the bug The colour of the input area '+' symbol and the text in the menu is too dim in dark mode. Compare with the camera/microphone icons which are white.

To Reproduce Enable dark mode (Settings->Appearance->Dark), and open a chat.
