Tapping subscription request notification does not jump to contact #214

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Receive a presence subscription request in Notification Centre
  2. The app opens at the last screen it was on

Instead, the app should open the contact/conversation related to the notification that was tapped.
