Remove XMPP URI QR code #100

At the same time, we can also drop the CSS used for that makeshift tab box. I always felt a bit uneasy about it, a11y-wise, so it's good riddance.

Fixes #99.

FTR, this blocks on a release of the current iOS beta as stable.

iOS support was included in 1.2 (6) and later, and that is now in the app store. We can merge this, any remaining issues with client support should be caught by testing before the next server release.
