Investigate Virtuoso upgrade/chaptersearch after OntoWiki removal #428

In js/browser/chaptersearch.ts, we have:

Now that we removed references to OntoWiki in commits 30a77be57dcb81a3440575963982f38fb4763cad and 9ef9ae5c4b11aad8b49dd520856d26b44cbc5347, is this still an issue?
