update Cytoscape.js (currently blocked due to context menu bug)

• [x] verify that https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape.js/pull/3263 fixes the context menu bug currently in cytoscape.js 3.30.1
• [x] wait until that PR is merged
• [x] wait until next release including that PR (probably 3.30.2)
• [x] remove the upgrade block of cytoscape.js in .npm-upgrade.json
• [x] npx npm-upgrade
• [x] verify that the context menu still works with vite --force and npm run build npm run preview
