Connection between bb:EhrStrategy and bb:ElectronicHealthRecord #397

In my opinion there should be a connection. bb:EhrStrategy and its subclasses for an isolated subgraph right now.

They are both entity types, so the allowed meta relations are entityTypeComponent, isBasedOn and isAssociatedWith. I added the generic triple bb:EhrStrategy meta:isAssociatedWith bb:ElectronicHealthRecord.

Do the experts think we can specify this to isBasedOn?

meta:isAssociatedWith should not be overused.

EHR or EHR strategy could have a connection to transinstitutional health information system.

[x] Remove meta:isAssociatedWith.
[x] Create a new function bb:ElectronicHealthRecordFunction

Add triples:

dce:source "Vom SNIK-Team zum besseren Verständnis eingefügt."

Verbindung entfernt und neue Funktion hinzugefügt. Die Frage ist nur, ob bb:ElectronicHealthRecordFunction irgendwelche Verbindungen haben soll, sonst hängt es ja nur alleine im Raum herum.
