Sind Sie sicher, dass Strategic Priorities auch als Strategic Goals implementiert werden sollen? 6. (Priority 1 im PDF) überschneidet sich z.B. mit Goal 1.

Können wir nicht einfach eine solche Liste von Zielen völlig unreflektiert als Ganzes als eine Art Zitat übernehmen. Ich würde auch gerne die einzelnen Ziele oder Priorities gerne nicht einzeln mit einzelnen URI einbauen sondern nur der Liste als Ganzes eine URI geben. Im Kontext von SNIK sehe ich solche Instanzen zumindest im Moment einfach als Beispiele.

Eine Liste kann man nicht als Instanz angeben aber gibt es denn ein Oberziel, das man dafür benennen könnte? Dann könnten wir dieses Oberziel modellieren und die Unterziele in den Kommentar schreiben.
