add issue templates #510

[x] delete class
[x] delete triple
[x] confirm interlink

Those three above are needed for SNIK Graph. We could create more like documentation, split, merge, missing, changeobject and so on but I think it is not necessary right now as you can always create a blank issue and tag it. Thus I will mark this issue as resolved for now but feel free to reopen later.
