The previous iteration of pop3d indeed had this option to force IPv4 or IPv6 but, going by the trend in other daemons in base for example smtpd, ldapd, relayd, snmpd etc, I dropped this option. Do you think pop3d could have the same uniform options as other daemons? I don't have any strong feeling for or against this option.
