Found that annotations are moved (X) Amount depending on the number of px to make the player larger (Looking into).
Note Resize Css Does Not affect it in tests nor normal sized players with or without the script Not Youtube.
Found the branding icon Annotation(Though i do like how it hides half of it then pops up on hover Cleaning that up.)
