Chrome auto scales videos #5

This effects only the Auto Hide Off versions and while it doesn't take priority this posses a dilemma since the standard chrome video player is larger than the standard firefox one it would shrink the chrome users standard video player. The Wide player is also differently sized too. The fix is just adding the video player width size. edit annotations will most likely be different too.

Have Been Confirmed to be fixed by the [New Method] with out the width fix. annotations not affected by new method and YTC fix is need if paired with YTC
