Negate effects of headlines that raise inquiry, e.g. "Why I love Slashdot", "How I ate my breakfast this morning", and "What you should know about the recession" to "I love Slashdot" and "I ate my breakfast this morning", more accurately reflecting what the articles are actually about.

Reasons You Should Eat Vegetables --> You Should Eat Vegetables
Why I Like Bidets --> I Like Bidets
How I Saved $0.25 --> I Saved $0.25
What You Should Know About Headlines --> Headlines

Hi @1337 - have you tested whether this stomps on the listicles regex? (If not, I'll test tonight.) Just want to make sure any conflicts won't result in confusing headlines.

@snipe Nope, this PR doesn't interfere with the listicles regex; the new addition only acts on headlines that begin with Reasons, Why, or How.
