Sites to ignore by default #40

Would it be possible to include a list of sites to ignore by default? I found myself making unintended changes while editing Wikipedia before realizing that Downworthy was causing the changes.

Experienced a similar issue. How about an option to disable by default and only include explicitly specified websites?
