2 years ago I'm not sure if this is still a problem. I successfully set up SnipeIT on Windows Server following https://blog.masteringmdm.com/snipe-it-installation-on-windows-server/
My only concern is that you mention Windows 10, so it won't have server capabilities such as IIS, SMTP, etc. Perhaps this can point you in the right direction, though.

Hello, amazing people. As I give up installing this software on raspberry pi. I decided to give it a go on the windows server. After having a nightmare with buggy WAMP (at least 4 reinstallations) I finally managed to get everything set up and followed this guide - https://snipe-it.readme.io/docs/wamp until the step 6 where my HTTPS.conf looks completely different. After reboot, it still shows the PHP page. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Could anyone who has more experiance with this take a look what i'm doing wrong?
