[Feature Request]: SSL Certificate tracking rif.#7905 #12576

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need to register a list of our certificates with expiry date and associate websites. It would be nice to have a dedicated section in snipe-it for listing SSL certificates. I know you can in theory track it in the Licenses page, but that gets ugly if you also have to track other licenses. (cit. from #7905)

Describe the solution you'd like

Another dedicated section only for certificates it would be nice. Or in alternatives, in asset, if we can create a new asset without serial and model field, we can add e personalized field with:

Certificate Name Certificate issued date Certificate expiration date Certificate issuing Authority CSR Intermediate Certificate Device it is installed on (allow for multiple devices) Department Contact (who is responsible for the Certificate) Notes
