[Feature Request]: Add document to checkout / checkin #13234

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to attach a document (signed via docusign/yousign, for example) when assigning equipment to a person. And do the same thing when the equipment is returned. The user would also be able to access these documents via their space.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Be able to create a attachment type customised field and add it to the checkout/checkin form.
