[Feature Request]: Custom Fields for Audit

Would be great to have an option for custom fields in Auditing and be able to select a template for the required audit.

Custom template could be under " Manage Custom Fields" in settings, You can select another option in custom fields called "audits" and create "Field Sets" for certain assets relating to the Audit.

Alot of audits require certain checks and information. This could be put in an "Audit" tab on the required asset we can then see all the details of the audit (similar to Maintenance)

I'm not sure how that matters. Auditing isn't designed to be a replacement for maintenances (otherwise we wouldn't have a maintenances section).

Based on this issue, I'm not sure what the use case here is exactly. What fields would one need during an audit that are not already on the asset itself?

For example :

Template 1 :

Monthly Template for asset :

Check Lamp Hours Check Fan Speed Clean Board

Template 2 : Could be used for say quarterly visits

Test and tag power check Replace Lamp Clean Fluid leaks on valve.

Template 3 : 1/2 yearly

Overall System check Monitor network stats (6 monthly)

Each task for the maintenance could require a different task, at a different time of the year. If we had certain templates for tasks we could associate the templates to whatever devices we want to do specific maintenance checks on. It would avoid missing certain required tasks on the assets, and at the same time easy for us to populate tasks for different assets.

I'm using Snipe-IT for PPA (Personal protective equipment) tracking.

There I need to audit the equipment yearly and fill out an individual evidence sheet. Since those mainly consist of checkboxes I could put that into Snipe-IT if custom fields for audits would be supported.

Aditionally in an IT context it would be nice to for example, for a Laptop in an audit have checkboxes to say Laptop turned on or battery looks okay, ports don't look destroyed or something like that to provide more information than yep devices still exists... in some form or another and have it documented in the software.
