Loading message on list views overlaps with sidenav

Describe the bug

The "loading please wait" is on top of all the menu item flyouts for however long it remains on screen

Once the table view is loaded, the fly outs are on top as usual.

Reproduction steps

1. Open a page with a view
2. While the "Loading" pop up is active, the menu fly out appear to render underneath the pop

Expected behavior

Menu flyouts like that are generally always on top, even while loading so you can navigate to another page in case of mistake, choosing a different chioce, etc.
