DIFFENET FIELDS FOR ISSUES AND STEPS TAKEN, ALSO GENERATING SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER WITH ASSET TAG AND SUPPLIER NAME

Describe the solution you'd like

RATHER THAN HAVING A NOTES FEILD THERE SHOULD BE TWO FEILDS, THE ISSUES WHICH WE ARE FACING AND ANTHER FEILD WHERE WE CAN ENTER THE SERVICES DONE FOR THAT PARTICULAR ASSET. ALSO THERE SHOULD BE AN AUTO GENERATING SAERVICE REQUEST NUMBER BASED ON THE SUPPLIER AND ASSET TAG AND DATE
