[Feature Request]: UBI based Container Image #14841

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are a Red Hat shop and try to use all UBI based images for compliance.

Describe the solution you'd like

We would like to see a new Dockerfile-ubi based on a Red Hat Universal Base Image such as ubi9/php-81.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We considered using existing images, but we are not sure if we can get that through complaince.
