[Feature Request]: Only unique license seat #14967

This was discussed way back in 2015 but was closed and nothing seems to have come from it. Issue 900

Take Adobe Acrobat Pro for example, this licence type is assigned to users, it is a one to one relationship. An adobe licence assigned to a user say Tom Jones cannot be assigned again to Tom Jones.

Currently you can assigned many licences to one user. It would be nice to have "enforce uniqueness" per licence item.
