[Feature Request]: Ability to select multiple people to checkout licenses/assets to without using bulk checkout #15243

I have been assigning lots of licenses to people within my organization. I want to checkout 20 or so of one license to a group of employees, without checking them out to everyone in the bulk checkout option.

Describe the solution you'd like

A list view where you can select multiple people to checkout assets, licenses, consumables, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've been selecting everyone one by one, constantly being redirected away from the screen I want to be on and requiring more clicks to get back and checkout again. I've also considered bulk editing the users to turn off 'auto-assign licenses', bulk checkout the license, and them edit the users again.

FYI, if you're on latest, you can select where you end up after a checkout.
