[Feature Request]: User independent asset location #15487

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Problem: item's actual location is being overwritten with user's location, after user's location is changed in the system. So, every single item, assigned to that user, has to be manually edited via 'Bulk edit' to change it's location to correct one.

User may be responsible for items in different places, as he may have offices in different buildings, cities, etc. Usually, for such user a main location is entered in the system (any, not only Snipe-IT), but for each item individually actual location is set. This way admins and user itself can track where assigned items are. My usual workflow with Snipe-IT when user has items in multiple locations: assign item to the user -> change item location via bulk edit after user accepts item. This way, I can easily find where checked-out items are.

Describe the solution you'd like

Item location doesn't change when you change user's location.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This was a deliberate choice people asked for. I can certainly see both use cases, but it was a requested feature.
