As of now, there is no option to enter invoice details in the asset maintenance column, which can cause inconvenience. Without the ability to input invoice details within the asset maintenance section, it can lead to confusion and inefficiencies when tracking costs associated with each asset according to the invoice details. This can also affect the export quality of reports while generating. It becomes difficult to analyze costs and maintenance history comprehensively, leading to potential oversights.

Addressing this issue by integrating invoice details into the asset maintenance column would streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. It would allow for better financial tracking according to the invoice details, facilitate a clearer export report, and ultimately lead to a more informed detail review in asset maintenance.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As of now we are entering the invoice details in the note section, but it becomes difficult many a time when we want to add additional notes for that particular maintenance record.
