Sounds like you have to run migrations. php artisan migrate

This is a problem?

Yes, that's a problem. Can you check your database and make sure that asset ID isn't assigned to itself, or a child-asset?

Hi,

The id 22 not have assigned to itself or child, it´s have assigned to another asset and I remove it the assigned and run the command again: php artisan migrate;

Now is

Sounds like if i remove the assigned links, i get the same error.

The users still not show from the web tab

After remove assets in loop (7), run again de command

Users now show in web table, but wen i go to locate asset is not show the users, locations, assets.

That's an odd warning but it is just a warning.

Looks like migrations ran, which is good. What's in your error logs when you try to load the page that you're saying isn't loading right? And what version of PHP are you running? (Next time, please answer the original questions in the GH issue so I don't have to ask them again.)

The failure to load module thing is a PHP config issue not related to Snipe-IT specifically.

That's not a complete error, so I'm not sure what to make of that - also, what page are you trying to access where you're not seeing what you expect?

Snipe-IT v4 requires PHP 5.6.4 so you should probably upgrade PHP to rule out any weird stuff.

Page with problems is Checkout Asset, in fields like:: Checkout to select user Checkout to select location Checkout to asset child

Does not previously show the data to select.

And yes, the error I sent is another battle.(ldap stuff) Sory

Okay, once your PHP is upgraded, I'm going to ask you to tail the app error log.

Clear your terminal (command+k on most macs) so you're only seeing anything new that comes through
Type tail -f storage/laravel.log in your console
Go to the checkout page and select one of the dropdown that's giving you problems
Paste here whatever new errors pop up on the screen as you're tailing
