Use Manager Employee Number instead of name #7246

Server (please complete the following information):

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If there are users with duplicate names (John Smith the accountant and John Smith the security manager), there is a case where the import function for users would assign the incorrect manager.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the option to—instead of using Manager First Name and Manager Last Name—use Manager Employee Number, as that should be a unique field.

Describe alternatives you've considered We've thought about concatenating the employee number to their last name for importing, but that'd be kind of ugly.
