Feature Request: Add Information and files to Order Numbers #8107

Server (please complete the following information):

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is quite cumbersome to manage orders and quotes and invoices typically. It would be very convenient if there was a way to upload these documents once and link it to multiple assets. Typically order numbers are unique to invoices and orders (of course)

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to add information to an order number. IE: on the order # page image There should be the ability to add more information (similar to the models page): image Except with also the ability to add files under the "More Info:" section (perhaps multiple tabs would work for this - similar to the asset details section where you select the files tab, or the info tab, or the assets tab)

Describe alternatives you've considered These can be managed in an external system but it would be very nice to have it unified like this where it is easy to view the original invoices along with the assets and where they are being used.

Need to attach files to software licenses. License conditions change (e.g. MS licenses) and therefore it would be appreciated to link the uploaded files to the corresponding software license (or order# as described above)

Sounds interesting. Could perhaps also make assets in backorder easier to track during the shipping process.
