Navbar blocks the top part of the Datepicker #8431

Describe the bug The navbar is on top of the date picker. Saw it on bulckchechout, might happen in other places

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '/hardware/bulkcheckout'
Click checkout date
Part of the calendar is under the navbar

Expected behavior Calendar should be fully shown

Version 80.0.1 | 85.0.4183.102

Additional context

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Fresh

After checking the css, it seems the datepicker has less z-index than the navbar.
