Snipeit Alerts licencing

Describe the bug Hello friends, my problem is, i get all things in snipeit good, only one thing, the licencing alert email, i don't know how to configure it and make it done, i read that i need a cron job and some scheduler, and php something, Im running snipeit on windows server, so i don't know how to do this, if anyone pleaaaaase had the same thing or can help me anyway pleaase i appreciate that so much. have a nice day

• Browser [chrome, Opera, Mozila Firefox]
• Version [Latest version]

• Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Fresh Install
• What OS and web server you're running Snipe-IT on : OS : Windows server19 : Apache
• What method you used to install Snipe-IT : (manual installation)
• Include what you've done so far in the installation, and if you got any error messages along the way. i done all things right
• Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database : NO
