specify language of parameters #145

What are the use cases of this feature I use the german version of snips. It works awesome most of the time, however there are a lot of problems the moment I want to use english words (for example when I want to create a music skill). The current solution I use is that I add for example: "Ed Sheeran" with the synonym "ed shiran"

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to have a option to specify certain words as english words, so they can be used in a german skill aswell

That is clearly something planned, but we cannot commit on an availability date at the moment (maybe by the end of this year)
