Hass does not install correctly #188

Hello,

While using Sam commands the installation of hass does not work properly. Hass keeps restarting and never ending in a up and running situation. I'm using a raspbian stretch up to date, on a Rasp 3B+.

After some manual tests it appears that a python version should somehow be the rootcause... Any way to fix it?

A quick remark, you should use the template to fill issue in this repository. No logs, environment information or commands to reproduce the issue makes support or issue resolution impossible.
