I am using 0.64.0 with a German assistant and Snips ASR/NLU.
I have a datetime slot in my intent which I am using to capture a calendar entry. I have noticed that unless I include the German equivalent of "am" or "pm" for the time portion it is always recognized as "pm". So if I state "9 o'clock" (or to be precise "Um 9 Uhr") it is recognized as 21 hour. "Um 9 Uhr morgens" works though.
