minor improvements in the script #7

used dictionaries for better data handling.

now the data will be displayed as

{
id_value : {
'createdAt' : createdAt_value,
'additions' : additions_values,
'deletions' : deletions_value
}
}

dict keys count will give us the count of prs

revamped error handling for no prs in October
provided support for username input

Fixes #6.
