Tweakable propellers on 1.3.1 cause long game load times on subsequent loads, then crashing #190

Would appear that using the tweakable propellers (such as the electric propeller) are causing long loading times on subsequent launches, up to the point that Windows closes it out because it has stopped responding.

There are no crash logs to speak of, since Windows decides to close the program out. In task manager, I'm noticing the memory footprint of the application increasing and increasing during load times.

This sounds like a memory leak of some kind, tbh. Anyways, here are my current mods I'm using:

Increasing the number of blades seems to contribute to crash issues happening sooner. Also noticed that while you have your mouse hovered over the part, the extra propellers are consistently regenerating.
