Suggestion packing to npm repo or chocolatey #313

I would like to use installing this tool not building. Like https://chocolatey.org/packages/youtube-dl

Commands to will be used: choco install destreamer or npm install -g destreamer

and run destreamer -i "https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/VIDEO-1" in any folders.

We don't have a choco script and I don't know if we ever will, but I'll add it to the possible enchantment list
