Added Procfile for deploying to Heroku #28

Pretty simple add, but figured it's one less thing for y'all to worry about. I limited the processes to 1 since Heroku manages that by scaling out dynos.

Working on the refactor of Base12 right now. I'll revisit this once I'm finished.
