Swiping away tabs #30

It would be nice if deedum could swipe away tabs. This PR includes some code to make that work. Though, I'm not sure if red is the best color to have behind the swiped away tab.

Thanks! Seems like red is relatively standard; and it can always be changed later if someone wants to weigh in.
