增强鼠标功能

目前鼠标功能非常酷，但还有些不太好用的地方：

1. 鼠标初速度配置文件里好像调整不了，希望可以增加该配置
2. 鼠标速度没有上限，跨大区域时很难操控，建议增加一个速度上限
3. 目前鼠标只能沿一个方向移动， 希望可以该湖北
4. 将鼠标的这些配置分组，像是现代鼠标一样可以随时切换配置
