Need to remove Archer as default tv show #77

It's causing problems with global ID's when you have Archer in your collection. I think we ideally need to have some sort of install hook that goes out and gets the proper indexes instead of hard coding them.

Removed ability to see any collection without being logged in, so it shouldn't be an issue anymore.
