Firewall upgrades, toggle target/portattack, message to victim.

-Firewall auto upgrades: Ask for the user to click the first time on firewalls, then get a random firewall and try to upgrade it if the firewall isn't fully upgraded, added an other config var (maxQBLevel) in order to buy more than maxMinerLevel quantum-servers and botnets (with mini AI to not waste BTC on botnets).

• Toggle auto target/portattack: Added these buttons if the player wants to farm a single opponent (useful when a victim have a huge amount of BTC to steal)

-Message to victim: allow player to change the message ingame.

-Target random: the bot target a player with index between playerToAttack and playerToAttack + 3 (random).

• Added the input for firewall upgrade timer.
